Correct Timing of Drinking Water
Do you know about this?? I got this from a forwarded email and i thought of posting it here for those who would like to know..
Sometimes we tend to think complicated on our health not realizing that we all we just need is water, and lots of it!
As the email said, correct timing of drinking water will maximize its effectiveness on the human body. SO i guess, we have to give it a shot!
Two (02) glass of water – After waking up – Helps activate internal organs
One (01) glass of water – Before taking a bath – Helps lower blood pressure
One (01) glasses of water – 30 minutes before meal – Help digestion
Two (02) glass of water – One hour after meal- Helps digestion
One (01) glass of water – Before sleep – To avoid stroke or heart attack
I think this is aside from drinking 8 glasses of water a day.. Start living healthy lifestyle! Water is all you need..
I got this one from email too. I don't know if this is true but there's no harm in trying.
